Closing Destiny 2’s decade-long saga
Luke Smith, Destiny’s executive creative director, expressed gratitude to the community and the development team’s hope that players enjoy the game. As players wait for The Final Shape’s downtime to end, cinematics director Jimmie Myers recommends the “helmet off” experience to appreciate the new cinematic animations fully.
With the recent addition of customizable Guardian appearances, players can now choose to reveal their characters’ faces during cutscenes. However, those eager to dive into The Final Shape should be prepared for substantial storage requirements.
